Hi! My name is Humberto Silva Mogetti Jr and I am Lead Product Designer currently based in London – United Kingdom but born and raised in Brazil. Thanks for the opportunity to explain about my career.
Because of my past experiences, I have the ability to lead and to work in teams with multiple deliverables and shifting priorities with short deadlines and also the experience of working in long-term projects using agile environment. I have a strong understanding of the importance and role of UX to UI design and experience using usability tests and A/B tests to increase conversion. Ability to present my designs and communicate my vision with team members at all levels of an organization or clients, and the ability to solve problems creatively and quickly. Experience in HR process to recruit and create design teams. I’m always learning, curious, enthusiastic, and eager to develop my skills and perspective.
I have worked for great companies like British Gas, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, UN, Priority Pass, Adobe, Autodesk, Sonae, Unilever, Claro, FBiz and for a great number of other companies delivering design solutions focused on results.
As the world’s largest car rental service provider, Enterprise Holdings operates over 9,600 fully staffed Enterprise, National and Alamo locations. Isobar is a global full-service digital agency and part of the Dentsu Aegis Network.
Another great experience was being on the team responsible for producing Pense Imóveis, the number one real estate classified portal in the south of Brazil. My main goal was increasing the conversions and the number of leads, what we have achieved, and the company was sold to Grupo Globo in one of the top ten sales in internet business on Brazil’s history.
The first HD image broadcasted in the south of Brazil was my tv opening for the most famous news show called Jornal do Almoço (a lunch news) in RBS TV.
