ABOUT ME
I love building products and helping people do their best work. Over the last 20+ years, I’ve worked across startups, agencies, scale-ups and global organisations including Adobe, British Gas, Priority Pass, WFP and Uptime. Along the way I’ve worn many hats: designer, researcher, strategist, manager, mentor and product leader. That variety has made me highly adaptable and comfortable operating wherever a product or team needs the most support. Today I focus on product strategy, AI-powered experiences, and helping teams turn complex problems into products people genuinely value.

Head of product designTook Uptime from zero to one and beyond. Led a team of eight, ran proposition and growth, and turned an award-winning consumer app into a B2B platform.

British Gas 2018- 2019
Lead Product Designer - ContractorBuilt Home Insurance from scratch. Hit every two-year KPI in six months, converting at 25% against a 12% market average.
CONCENTRIX TIGERSPIKE 2017
Lead UX DesignerLed UX on the new Priority Pass app. Rebuilt around fast lounge access and got 7x more usage.
Isobar Dentsu 2016
Lead Experience DesignerDesigned Enterprise's EPlus loyalty programme and key web journeys. EPlus lifted frequent-renter retention 19% and is still live today.
